Standard assistance contract (12/24 months)

Our basic type of assistance contract can be taken out on Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Siemens brand CNC machines. The contract can last 12 or 24 months and includes the repair of motors (excluding spindle motors), drives and power supplies, as well as reduced rates in the event of intervention by one of our qualified technicians.
All assistance contract interventions are scheduled and carried out according to a JIT (just in time) logic following customer notification to minimise downtime.

Kasko assistance contract (12/24 months)

A more advanced type of contract than the standard one for Fanuc CNC machines. The contract can last 12 or 24 months and includes the repair of motors (including spindle motors), drives, power supplies, board repair and reduced rates in the event of intervention by one of our qualified technicians.
All assistance contract interventions are scheduled and carried out according to a JIT (just in time) logic following customer notification to minimise downtime.

On-demand assistance contract (12 months)

Of all the contracts in our portfolio, this one is the most customisable to customer needs. It can be taken out for Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Siemens brand CNC machines for a duration of 12 months. It guarantees customers a certain number of interventions on any CNC machine for the duration of the subscription.
All assistance contract interventions are scheduled and carried out according to a JIT (just in time) logic following customer notification to minimise downtime.
