The availability of each spare part will be indicated on each page by a coloured icon: green if the product is in stock and red if it is temporarily unavailable.
If you have ordered a product with a green icon, you will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order to ensure that the ordered spare part is actually available.
If you would like to purchase a product with a red icon, simply fill in the form to request the first available date. The Automation Service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
The condition of each individual part (new or reconditioned) is specified on each product page.
Automation Service offers you the possibility of purchasing a spare part and committing to send your faulty component to our operational headquarters at Via Pierre e Marie Curie 2/4, Cazzago San Martino within 10 working days. You will receive 30% credit once it has been certified as repairable by our technicians.
When your spare part is found to be repairable, you will be contacted by our staff so that you can issue an invoice and collect your credit.

Automation Service reserves the right to generate such an estimate only after viewing the spare part at its workshop at Via Pierre e Marie Curie 2/4, Cazzago San Martino.
Every spare part for sale on our e-store (except consumable components such as fans, batteries and small parts) is covered by a 12-month warranty, which may be extended to 24 months. Write to us at info@b-automationservice.com or call us on +39 (0)30 6813450 to find out more.
All parts are tested under full load on special test benches before shipment.
1) Automation Service guarantees that the repaired and/or purchased goods will be delivered to the customer fully operational after testing. In the event of any discrepancies and defects, Automation Service undertakes to rectify the fault under guarantee for a maximum period of 12 or 24 months (depending on the duration of the guarantee stipulated at the time of purchase) from the date of the invoice, without any charge being made.
2) In the event of tampering with the guarantee seal, the guarantee will not be valid. Consequently, Automation Service disclaims all liability for the fault of the goods.
3) The notification of the fault must be made peremptorily no later than 8 days after the last day of intervention while the machine is running by sending written communication by certified email or fax.
4) In any event, Automation Service shall not apply the guarantee for all goods that are normally subject to wear and tear, have not been properly stored, installed, modified, tampered with, altered and/or inexpertly used by the customer and their agents and/or delegates.
5) Installation operations always require a specialised operator. Automation Service shall not be liable for damage - including downtime - and/or damage to materials and/or devices, which are the subject of assembly or caused by incorrect installation/maintenance carried out directly by the customer and/or third parties.
After placing an order, you can check the status of your shipment via the tracking number that we will send you when your order leaves our warehouse. Automation Service does its best to ensure that your order arrives on time, except for delays due to force majeure beyond its control.
Automation Service accepts orders from all over the world and can ship to any address. We offer different types of shipment to best suit all your collection needs.
There are two shipping methods for the dispatch of material on our e-store.
If the spare part is shipped as quickly as possible, the cost is €50.00 (+VAT) for addresses in Italy, or €150.00 for addresses abroad.
For all spare parts dispatched within the European Union, delivery may be STANDARD or EXPRESS and has an approximate cost of €52.50 (+VAT) for STANDARD delivery or €70.00 (+VAT) for EXPRESS delivery for spare parts weighing up to 3 kg. It has an approximate cost of €97.50 (+VAT) for STANDARD delivery or €130.00 (+VAT) for EXPRESS delivery for spare parts weighing between 4 kg and 15 kg. It has an approximate cost of €142.50 (+VAT) for STANDARD delivery or €190.00 (+VAT) for EXPRESS delivery for spare parts weighing between 16 kg and 49 kg. It has an approximate cost of €300.00 (+VAT) for STANDARD delivery or €400.00 (+VAT) for EXPRESS delivery for spare parts weighing more than 200 kg.
For all spare parts dispatched to the rest of the world (excluding the European Union), EXPRESS delivery has an approximate cost of €70.00 (+VAT) for spare parts weighing up to 3 kg. It has an approximate cost of €130.00 (+VAT) for spare parts weighing between 4 kg and 15 kg. It has an approximate cost of €190.00 (+VAT) for spare parts weighing between 16 kg and 49 kg. It has an approximate cost of €400.00 (+VAT) for spare parts weighing more than 200 kg.
When you place an order, our team will assess the best shipping option and delivery date based on the transport options you select. Shipping date estimates will be displayed in the order confirmation email and on the order summary page.
The carrier will be communicated to you in the order confirmation email. Once we have shipped your order, we will notify you of the tracking number with which you can track your order by visiting the site of the carrier selected for shipment.
1) Service and delivery terms are counted from the date of acceptance of the offer. Automation Service is not responsible for the customer's machine downtime for the duration of the repair.
Delivery shall be deemed completed from the date on which the goods are ready for dispatch. Furthermore, Automation Service shall not be responsible for any delay or damage due to the fault and negligence of the forwarding agent.
2) Delivery of the goods to the customer in the event of sale or after repair and testing shall be made using standard packaging accepted by the courier, unless the customer specifies the type and manner of packaging desired. Automation Service will charge a surcharge for non-standard packaging.
3) In the event that the customer does not collect the goods from the warehouse in Cazzago San Martino (BS), Via Pierre e Marie Curie 2/4 after testing, storage/deposit costs shall be charged and the customer shall indemnify and release Automation Service from any liability for the safekeeping of the goods.
4) In the event of default, delay in payment or insolvency, Automation Service shall be entitled to demand termination of the contract with return of the goods. In the event of delay in payment, Automation Service shall apply, in addition to legal interest, default interest pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 1224-1284 of the Italian Civil Code and Legislative Decree No. 231/2002.
5) In the event of delivery with return of the faulty component, the customer is obliged to fulfil the conditions of the exchange within 10 days (from the date of receipt of the goods by Automation Service); i.e. delivery of the faulty component.
6) For material purchase orders without our technical intervention, the diagnosis for the correct identification of faults is the sole responsibility of the customer and consequently no returns will be accepted.
We ask customers to specify the date of our sales note and the fault found in the component in their return consignment notes. If the required information is not entered, Automation Service reserves the right to refuse the return.
The customer will be invoiced only for the delivery of the article.
Upon return of the faulty component, only after receiving written confirmation by email from Automation Service that the faulty component is repairable, the customer shall invoice Automation Service for an amount equal to the price of the faulty component (as indicated in the estimates), which shall be paid under the same conditions as our invoicing.
In the event that the faulty component is not repairable, it will be considered an unsuccessful trade-in. The customer can choose whether to dispose of the component with Automation Service or on their own premises (in the latter case, the component will be returned carriage paid).
Warranty replacement of parts such as motors and encoders will not be accepted if the fault is due to external factors such as improper installation or poor maintenance.
The 24-month warranty will not apply for consumable components, such as fans and batteries.
